However, it was 7.2% lower than the bid for the neighbouring Parcel A, indicating a careful balancing act between competitive pricing and future profitability.
The 269,552 sq ft, 99-year leasehold site that would become Nava Grove has a maximum gross floor area of 566,003 sq ft. This generous space will allow for the development of approximately 565 units, creating a sizeable community within this prime location.
Industry experts estimate that the future average selling price of units in Nava Grove could range from $2,300 to $2,400 psf.
