RULES AND REGULATIONS FOR USAGE:

1. The clubhouse can be used for functions it intended for such as birthday parties.
2. There shall be a maximum of 20 guests at the clubhouse. Please confine your
   guests with the clubhouse only.
3. Meeting involving political, religion and commercial activities is strictly prohibited.
4. Gambling is a criminal offence and is strictly prohibited.
5. Residents are advised to check the condition of the items in the multl-purpose
   room before the session and inform the security personnel or the Management of
   any damage therein.
6. Decoration may be allowed but only confined within the room. Care must be
   exercised not to damage or deface the walls and ceiling boards. All decorations
   Must be duly removed after the function.
7. Residents and their guests should exercise due care and responsibility when
   using the multi-purpose room.
8. Live band, discos, speaker and microphone are not permitted.
9. Noise level should be kept to minimum to avoid causing annoyance to others.
10. Smoking is strictly prohibited.
11.  All unwanted leftover food, litter, etc., should be disposed off into the trash bins
    provided.
12. In the event of complaints from other users and Residents, The Management
    reserves the right to request for any of the electronic applances to be switched off as it may deem fit.
13. The Management reserve the right to forfeit or deduct part of the security deposit
    if any of the rules stated herein is violated,
14. The Management shall not be liable for any mishap, injury or loss sustained by
    the Residents and their Guests, howsoever caused, arising from the use of this
    facility.
