  • Only sale and purchase transactions are eligible; rental referrals do not qualify.
  • The referred client must acknowledge the referral upon the first point of contact.

The referred friend has to be a new customer to Buy a Condo or Sell their Property for asset planning in order for the referral to be successful. Hence, only one successful transaction for each referred friend to Buy Condo. The referrer and referred person cannot be the same. The referred person must be a friend or relative of the referrer.


A successful referral means a sale/purchase of a property by the referred friend who makes their first transaction of a property with Buy Condo.
