We have lived in Australia, the UK, the USA, and Singapore, and when we rented properties (not owned them), the level of care provided to us as the tenants from Gary and Belle was completely unrivalled. We are a family of 4, and rented a 4 bedroom apartment in Sentosa Cove for 3 years, which from time to time required maintaining. Gary and Belle had contacts to address electrical, water, aircon, maintenance issues which we could call on and have immediately fixed. Gary and Belle have presented the upcoming launch J gateway @ Jurong East to us at our office. They also presented a financial analysis based on the unit types we are keen.
